Close walking distance to shops, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, fast food, and family dining.
Our newly renovated condo is the perfect beach getaway without the problems and expenses of staying directly on the beach. Situated where you can still have all the benefits of beautiful beaches with the added convenience of being near local restaurants, shopping, and events. Being centrally located, it is not more than a straight path to reach Historic Dearborn Street in downtown Englewood, Beach Road leading to Manasota Key and the beaches, or the access road heading to Gasparilla Island and Boca Grande.
Couples and families will love this first-floor condo in a popular Englewood resort complex. Window treatments in all the living areas make the condo bright and airy if so desired. Equipped with two flat-screen TVs, one in the master bedroom, the other in the open living area. With two Roku streaming devices provided, news, entertainment, and sports are always at hand. If you want to catch up on your movie watching, a Blu Ray Disc player is available in the living area.
When it is time to start or recap your day, an outdoor screened-in lanai is always available with chairs, a table, plus two overhead fans to keep things comfortable. Speaking of fans, all the living areas, including the kitchen, have overhead fans in addition to the condo's standard heating and air conditioning system.
Our condo has its own clothes washer and dryer for your use. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities to keep food and drinks cold, prepare meals, be it microwave, stove, or oven, and wash dishes.

About the Owner
I first visited Florida when I was 18 years old. I had no idea what to expect, except maybe a lot of sand. At the age of 22, I worked right after college in Orlando as an aerospace engineer. Later, I became a software engineer and resided in Largo, Tampa, Miami, and now Rotonda West, Florida. The Lord has blessed Jennifer, my wife of over forty years, and me with two children and four grandchildren. We love to travel when we can, but love always being near the water.
